Highlights

🚀 Biggest Month Across the Board

March wasn’t just another strong month. It marked the close of both the quarter and the financial year, and it ended up being our most defining one yet. We saw our:

  • Highest Revenue in a single month.

  • Highest Number of Demoes completed.

  • Highest Number of Clients closed.

  • Largest amount of Data ingested in a single month.

This wasn’t driven by a single spike. It was a combination of better product clarity, stronger inbound, and sharper positioning. We’re finally starting to see early signs of compounding.

💰 First Paid Experiment: 100% Margins

We ran a small experiment that turned out to be surprisingly powerful. We built a Free Tool for D2C Brands to check whether their Brand was being suggested by ChatGPT and Gemini or not.

The Tool was built 100% using AI, and costed us $0. We then built a report about how to fix your brand’s AI Visibility, and distributed it via a reel I posted that went viral (130K+ Views). Surprisingly people actually tried the tool, and bought the report and ended up generating ₹1,500 in revenue for us.

What’s interesting:

  • The product was built entirely using AI

  • No engineering or marketing effort were involved

  • Effectively 100% margins

This opens up a new layer of thinking for us around lightweight monetization experiments and AI-first distribution.

Two of our team members - Jayesh (Chief of Staff) and Yash (Head of Design) completed their first work anniversary at Clevrr this month.

Product Updates

📊 Custom Dashboards

We’re introducing Custom Dashboards. Brands can now connect their spreadsheets to Clevrr AI, and build their own formulas and dashboards - allowing brands to:

  • Connect live data directly from spreadsheets

  • Centralize fragmented data sources

  • Run deeper analysis with AI-driven insights

This bridges a major gap between unstructured data and actionable intelligence, increases stickiness and drives consistent product engagement, and is being LOVED by our current existing clients.

💸 Ads Wastage & Recoverable Revenue

The goal of performing a Root Cause Analysis has always been to save wasted ads spend and unlock higher revenue for our clients. Now, we’ve made the problem far more tangible. Within RCA, brands can now see:

  • How much ad spend is being wasted today

  • How much additional revenue could have been generated

This creates a direct “reality check” moment for founders and performance teams. Not just insights, but quantified impact.

📈 Impact Analysis

Brands wants to see direct impact of when the implementation of Clevrr AI was started versus before. We introduced Impact Analysis, showing:

  • Performance of the brand before Clevrr AI.

  • Performance after implementation.

  • Clear attribution of value created and opportunity lost.

This closes the loop on our value proposition. Not just “we help,” but how much we help.

Lowlights

🚧 App Approvals Delayed — PLG Blocked

We’re STILL facing delays in key platform approvals:

  • Shopify App Store review

  • Google sensitive permission and OAuth review

  • Meta Developers App review

All of these are still pending, and has become a significant blocker in our move toward a stronger PLG motion. Without these approvals, distribution, onboarding automation, and deeper integrations are slower than we would like.

While we wait for the Shopify/Meta App Store automated "one-click" installs, we are doubling down on white-glove onboarding. We are manually connecting via API keys for our high-value targets. This has actually been a blessing in disguise, it’s giving us deeper qualitative feedback from founders that we’d miss with a pure PLG (Product-Led Growth) flow.

Numbers

Here are the key metrics we’ll track consistently going forward:

  • Total Brands in Pipeline: 274 (+57% from last month)

  • Active Brands Using Clevrr: 34 (+79%)

  • Active Paying Brands: 16 (+100%)

  • Revenue Managed: ₹390+ Cr (+56%)

  • Ad Spend Managed: ₹110+ Cr (+38%)

March has been our biggest jump in numbers, and this is only going to get better from here with a stronger position, 10X better product, and a clearly defined ICP ready for disruption.

Ask

We’re starting our fundraise mandate for our Pre-seed round from April. We’re raising $350K for product growth, new markets expansion, and hiring top talent.
