Our updates follow a clear structure: Highlights, Lowlights, Numbers, and Ask. The goal is to give you a transparent, unfiltered view of how we’re building Clevrr AI - what’s working, what’s not, and the metrics that truly matter as we scale.

Highlights

February was the biggest month in terms of the number of features we shipped. Much of the credit goes to the ever-outperforming engineering team at Clevrr AI lead by Ishan Kulshrestha (Sr. Tech Lead @ Clevrr AI) and his team. Here’s a glimpse of what we shipped:

🔍 Root Cause Analysis - a new paradigm of investigating errors.

We built the State-of-the-Art Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Flow which can pin-point EXACTLY where brands are leaking revenue, what ads are wasting money on zombie campaigns, and what to do to fix it with AI suggestions - all in UNDER 2 Minutes.

This is a phenomenal update from the “Dashboards” because what used to take brands hours or even days is now in front of them in under 2 minutes - without them having to life a finger.

With the new approach, brands can now:

  • Identify performance drops across Demand, Value, and Operations.

  • Trace root cause in dropping revenue, increasing adspend, and failing operations

  • Get structured insights and actionable next steps that brand can implement, instead of surface-level dashboards and generic suggestion.

This is a core step toward becoming a true AI co-founder, not just a reporting tool.

🔌 New Connectors Integrated

We shipped key integrations:

  • Amazon Ads & Seller Central (for tapping the Marketplaces)

  • EasyEcom (Inventory and OMS source of truth)

  • Delhivery (Tracking and Fulfillment source of truth)

This significantly improves data coverage across revenue, performance marketing, inventory, and logistics. More connectors mean fewer blind spots, and richer context for the AI to solve the problem faster, better, more accurately.

📊 Automated Reports

We’ve rolled out Automated Reports, reducing manual reporting dependency for brands and internal teams. You can now set-up an automation to send you the daily performance directly to your inbox even before your Morning Standup starts.

This increases stickiness and drives consistent product engagement, and is being LOVED by our current existing clients.

🧠 Welcoming Mr. Udit Gupta (Head of D2C & Pay in 3 @ Simpl)

We onboarded Mr. Udit Gupta, Head of D2C and Pay in 3 at Simpl, as a Strategic Advisor to Clevrr AI.

Mr. Gupta led and scaled the D2C segment at Simpl and was instrumental in building and launching the Pay-in-3 business. Prior to Simpl, he was a serial entrepreneur across the Payments and D2C ecosystem.

He brings:

  • Deep operator-level D2C experience

  • Strong fintech and payments insight

  • Market pattern recognition from scaling high-growth verticals

  • Experience handling large and global teams

As we scale Clevrr, having someone who has built and operated at this level gives us sharper strategic clarity. This is not symbolic advisory. It’s operator perspective embedded into our next phase of growth.

📈 Viral Momentum: 300+ New Organic Leads

Another week of reels going viral. One of my reels about our Lead Magnet went viral and brought in 300+ new leads in just 1 week. Organic distribution continues to be a strong growth lever for us. It validates that founders resonate with the problem we’re solving.

This pushed our overall prospect list up by 200% but now the quality filter now becomes more important than the quantity.

Lowlights

🚧 App Approvals Delayed — PLG Blocked

We’re currently facing delays in key platform approvals:

  • Shopify App Store review

  • Google sensitive permission and OAuth review

  • Meta Developers App review

  • Amazon SP-API review

All of these are still pending, and has become a significant blocker in our move toward a stronger PLG motion. Without these approvals, distribution, onboarding automation, and deeper integrations are slower than we would like.

While we wait for the Shopify/Meta App Store automated "one-click" installs, we are doubling down on white-glove onboarding. We are manually connecting via API keys for our high-value targets. This has actually been a blessing in disguise, it’s giving us deeper qualitative feedback from founders that we’d miss with a pure PLG (Product-Led Growth) flow.

📑 Compliance Friction Around Recent Grant

We are also navigating internal compliance complexities related to the last grant we received. Some procedural and documentation requirements have taken more time than anticipated and are impacting day-to-day operational fluidity. This has temporarily slowed certain internal processes and company-level compliances.

We’re tightening systems and working with advisors to ensure this gets resolved cleanly and permanently. The focus is to build stronger governance as we scale, not patchwork fixes.

Numbers

Here are the key metrics we’ll track consistently going forward:

  • Total Brands in Pipeline: 175 (+154% vs. last month)

  • Active Brands Using Clevrr: 19 (+111%)

  • Active Paying Brands: 8 (+83%)

  • Revenue Managed: ₹253+ Cr (+50%)

  • Ad Spend Managed: ₹80+ Cr (+49%)

February has been our biggest jump in numbers, and this is only going to get better from here with a stronger position, 10X better product, and a clearly defined ICP ready for disruption.

Ask

We are actively engaging with D2C brands in the ₹10 Cr to ₹150 Cr ARR range.
