Insider #006: A new place, new recognitions, and new way we work

Welcome to Clevrr Insider - our monthly investor update. Each month, we share key product milestones, traction, and behind-the-scenes progress. From how we build to how we sell and measure progress, January marked a reset. Here’s what’s different and what it’s unlocking.

Hi there, and welcome to Clevrr Insider.

As we step into the new year, we’re also evolving how we communicate. From this month onward, Clevrr Insider will not just be about significant achievements. It will also cover the parts of building a company that are less polished, sometimes uncomfortable, but always real.

Each update will follow four clear sections: Highlights, Lowlights, Numbers, and Ask. The goal is simple: clarity, accountability, and alignment.

Highlights

🏢 We moved into our own office
We’ve officially moved into our own office in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The entire team has relocated and we’re now operating in-office, full-time.

We’re hosting our Inaugural Office Pooja on 6th February, and everyone is welcome to attend📍 Come over here for the Pooja!

This move marks a shift in how we’re building. Faster feedback loops, tighter collaboration, and a shared sense of ownership.

⚙️ Shipping at a new speed
We shipped 7 core product features in just 2 weeks, nearly 5x our earlier pace.

We recently hired two exceptional engineers internally referred to as our “stallions” (a Silicon Valley nod), and with a 4-person engineering team, execution speed has changed meaningfully.

Impact so far:

  • 40% increase in product adoption

  • 92% improvement in AI capability and platform speed

This is the fastest the product has ever evolved.

📈 Organic inbound momentum
One of my Instagram reels crossed 300K+ views, which resulted in 12 product demos over a single weekend.

As of now, our active lead pipeline stands at 72 brands that we’re in conversations with. The quality of inbound has noticeably improved

🎤 Industry recognition
I was invited as a speaker at the India Digital Summit by IAMAI (Internet and Mobile Association of India) at The Leela Bharatiya City, Bengaluru.

The panel focused on “How Indian AI startups are solving real problems”. Being part of that conversation reinforced that the problems we’re working on are timely and relevant at scale.

Lowlights

🏠 Transition to full in-office work
Moving from a largely remote setup to a fully in-office culture after almost 10 months took time. Productivity dipped briefly as the team adjusted to a new rhythm, environment, and routines.

🔁 Customer churn
We churned two strong brands from last month. The primary reason was a mismatch in scope and expectations from the product.

While this was disappointing, it has helped sharpen our focus. We are now far clearer about who Clevrr is for and who it is not for.

📉 Lower demo volume this month
January saw the lowest number of demos we’ve done in recent months.

This was largely due to office movement, product changes, and internal restructuring. We’re currently rethinking team-led efficiency from the ground up and tightening execution week by week.

Numbers

Here are the key metrics we’ll track consistently going forward:

  • Total brands in pipeline: 72 (+14 vs. last month)

  • Total brands actively using Clevrr: 9 (-2 vs. last month)

  • Active paying brands: 6 (+100% vs. last month)

  • Total revenue managed: ₹253 Cr/month (+₹103Cr.)

  • Total ad spend managed: ₹80 Cr/month (+₹20Cr.)

Ask

We’re actively engaging with D2C brands in the ₹10 Cr to ₹150 Cr annual revenue range.
