I’m Yuvraj Dagur, Founder and CEO of Clevrr AI - the First Ever AI Co-founder for D2C Brands, and this is our official monthly investor update newletter, and I’m super excited to bring you monthly updates of September 2025 to keep you closely looped in on our journey at Clevrr AI.

September was all about execution. After a relatively muted August, we hit the ground running. We took our sweet time to rewind, rejuvenate, and restructure what we’re building - and the results speak for themselves:

🌟 Welcoming Bhanu Shekhar - Our first Angel Investor

We’re super excited to welcome Mr. Bhanu Shekhar - Founder and CEO of Cognecto (Series A funded) as our first Angel Investor. We're building not just an investor base but a network of operators who've walked the path we're on and can open doors we didn't even know existed.

🥇 Top 5 at Razorpay Rize Demo Day

Razorpay Rize in collaboration with Marshot VC and Razorpay Ventures hosted their first ever Rize Demo Day: AI Edition

Getting selected from a pool of 100+ companies felt like a major validation moment. Pitching to a room full of seasoned investors who've seen hundreds of startups gave us sharp feedback on what's working and what needs more clarity as we scale.

• We were selected in the top 5% to pitch at the very first Razorpay Rize Demo Day.

• Presented in front of 20+ leading investors and angels, gaining valuable feedback and visibility.

• Important meetings and discussions to follow this month.

🏆 Government Recognition

This one means a lot to us, especially as a Rajasthan-based startup. Competing with 1,500 applicants and emerging as one of 66 winners validates that what we're building has merit beyond just our immediate ecosystem.

• We received the iStart Ideation Grant from the Government of Rajasthan, Department of IT.

• Out of 1,500 applicants, only 66 startups were awarded, and Clevrr AI was among them.

• A strong validation of our work under the Startup Policy 2025.

🚀 We went Viral again

We launched the Brand Search Agent - an AI tool that tells you whether your D2C Brand pops up in ChatGPT or Gemini answers or not - and then also gives you Suggestions and Insights to build your AEO/GEO position stronger and better.

• 100+ reports generated within 4 hours of launch..

• Used by Brands like Mosaic Wellness, The Affordable Organic Store, Pinq Polka, and more.

• 380+ Users, 350+ Reports, 520+ AI Suggestions. Unlimited website visits and great visibility and popularity

📞 Customer Discovery at Scale

The best product decisions come from actually talking to users, not just analyzing dashboards. These 20 conversations have given us clarity on what features to prioritize, what pain points are most acute, and where we can create the most value in the shortest time.

• Conducted 20 discovery calls with founders and operators to learn what delights them, what makes them stick, and what they want next.

• This feedback loop is already guiding product roadmap decisions and shaping the way we are building the super exciting V0.5.

• This validates rising interest and sustained awareness.

💰 First Revenue Incoming: ₹6Lac ARR in Pipeline

There's something different about saying "we have paying customers" versus "we have interested prospects." Five brands have now put their money where their interest is, and watching them use our platform daily gives us the validation we've been working toward

• We're now live with 5 brands, completing their trials this week.

• Pipelined ARR for October: ₹600,000

• Total ARR potential in pipeline: ₹40L, on track for Q3 closure.

What's Next

With strong validation from investors, government, and the ecosystem coupled with execution momentum, October is shaping up to be even more pivotal. The launch of Clevrr AI V0.5 will mark a significant step forward in how we serve the D2C community.

September proved we can execute when it matters. Now we're ready to show what we can build when everything aligns.
