Hi there, and welcome to the very first chapter of Clevrr Insider. I’m Yuvraj Dagur, Founder and CEO of Clevrr AI, and this is our first official investor update since our pivot, and I’m super excited to bring you monthly updates to keep you closely looped in on our journey at Clevrr AI.

We pivoted from Clevrr Sheets in January to build Clevrr AI — an AI-powered single source of truth for D2C and consumer brands.

D2C founders today are drowning in disconnected dashboards. Sales, marketing, payments, shipments, inventory — every function runs on a different tool. With no clear view of what’s working, what’s broken, or where the money’s leaking, they fall back to spreadsheets.

But spreadsheet overload is real. It’s messy, manual, and slows down decision-making, introducing more bottlenecks than clarity.

Our vision is simple: kill Excel for D2C founders.

🔑 Key Updates Since the Pivot

👥 New Co-founder: Raghav Mishra

Raghav joins as co-founder to lead Business, Sales & GTM. I met Raghav in 2021 when we both were building our previous startups, and have been really good friend ever since.

• Previously built and exited DoubtConnect (raised $65K, scaled to 100K users)

• Former Investment Associate at Dallas Venture Capital (investing Series A above in SaaS, AI, Cybersecurity)

• Quit in Feb 2025 to go all-in at Clevrr AI

🤝 5 Design Partners Co-Building With Us

We’re super excited to announce that we’re actively working with some of the category defining brands of India: P-TAL (Cookware), Mainstreet Marketplace (Footwear), Ember (Cookware), Pinq Polka (Innerwear), Sugnaa (Apparel), Bare Necessities (Skincare).

We’re working with these brands to Co-build the product for them with them. This approach has enabled us to build a higher impact, higher affinity product without assuming the features, building for impact and scale.

💸 ₹15.5L Startup India Seed Fund

Awarded via the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme through JECRC Incubation Center, Jaipur — giving us solid breathing room for team and product execution.

👨‍💻 Team of 7 Assembled

I started Clevrr Sheets as a solo founder, and a solo team member. From that to now having a superstar team of 7, we’ve come a long way.

• Engineering Talent from ex-Juspay with more than 5 YoE in managing large data and scalability at Juspay.

• Product Talent from ex-Atomberg and ex-Clicktech Retail with 7 YoE in managing Ecom and Analytics as scale.

• Design Talent from ex-Perceptyne and Agencies, with ownership across domains.

• Superstar team across Ops, Sales, Growth, Business, Marketing.

📍 Moved to Bengaluru Full-Time

50% of the team is now based in Bengaluru full time - closer to the talent pool, ecosystem, and customers, building besides the best brains in Bengaluru.

📅 Product Launch: 15th June

We’re launching the first version of Clevrr AI for design partners on 15th June. We’re all super stoked for the launch. Here are some of the insight about the product.

• Templatized Dashboards for Sales, Marketing, SKU, and custom dashboards.

• AI Insights for Targets vs. Current for Revenue, Ad Spend, and RoAS.

💰 Fundraising: $350K Pre-Seed Round Open

We’re raising our Pre-seed round of $350K. These funds will be used to expand product offering, hire top-class talent, get legal compliances and certificates for overseas, and reach $100K ARR in the next 8-10 months.

• $50K committed already by angels — including from users like Mainstreet, backing us with both capital and usage.

• Our updated pitch deck is available here — we’re actively seeking aligned angels and early-stage funds.
